Not my beloved Wayans. I clutched my pearls while reading this story. According to eurweb.com:

Three of the Wayans Bros – Keenen, Shawn and Marlon – are being sued by their former assistant who alleges they stole his book idea and published it four years later as their own. In the lawsuit filed Thursday in Manhattan federal court, Jared Edwards of Los Angeles says he showed the brothers his book You know you're a Golddigger… in 2005, but they rejected it. But in May, the Wayans got a deal with St. Martin's Press to publish their own book: 101 Ways to Know You're a Golddigger. Edwards is suing the three brothers and St. Martin's Press for unspecified damages, according to the Associated Press.

I actually have this book and it's hilarious. Let me go pull it out....

Marlon Jackson told Entertainment Tonight that Michael is with them "always in spirit." Jermaine said the late King of Pop "would be very, very proud because we kept it real." To get a glimpse of the dynamics of the brotherly love, Marlon was asked which brother takes the longest to get ready. "Jermaine takes three hours." Tito chimed in, "on his hair!" Marlon then added, "He's worse than a female." Another famous brother pairing, Marlon and Shawn Wayans, from the First Family of Comedy, were looking forward to seeing the premiere. Marlon joked, "I want to see another dysfunctional brother crew because I know me and my brother, we have a nice beautiful, dysfunctional love relationship." Coincidentally, Marlon Wayans says he was named after Marlon Jackson.
