2010 is already handing Usher a big F-YOU!
According to MyFOX Atlanta, Usher was robbed of more than a million dollars in jewelry, furs and cash last month in Atlanta. What makes this story so hard to believe is the fact that all of these items were stolen from Usher's black GMC Yukon as he and a friend shopped at a store near Lenox Mall. What I want to know is why would anyone in their right mind keep those kind of luxury items in an SUV? Who does that?! Where in the hell are you going where you have to have all that expensive stuff in your car?! Your furs should be home in your closet; your cash should be in your damn bank account and your jewelry should be in your damn jewelry box! That's just plain ol' common sense. I mean really! I'm just not understanding. Anyway, according to the police report, Usher said and there was over a million dollars worth of jewelry, $50,000 in furs and clothing and about $20,000 stolen. A witness said they saw a Chevy Impala with tinted windows drive up next to the SUV. The witness told police a man got out of the Impala and popped open the door to the SUV.
As if that wasn't enough, a couple of weeks ago, his entire upcoming album Raymond vs. Raymond leaked online....nearly three months before its expected release on March 10.
Some say these incidents ain't nothing but a couple of publicity stunts that Usher has conjured up in hopes of promoting his new album. I say stop the madness. It is what it is, I guess.
